St. Germain des Prés

Next up is a dose of St. Germain des Prés, home of Les Deux Magots, the literary world’s sanctuary where Sartre and a whole host of other peeps wrote their tomes and prose of grandeur.

It’s evening already, which means the streets start to take a different look, less of visitation, more of festivity, and to mark the shift from day wear to fun wear, I see a girl in turquoise cowboy boots and instantaneously, I covet them, starting at her feet like a thirsty man stares at water and when she catches my unabashed flirtation, I smile and point to her feet and mouth —

J’adore.
