In Sweden–just like at Ikea–caviar comes in a tube.

I know because Kei joins us from Christmas in Sweden to do New Year’s in Belgium, and she comes with caviar in a tube, the carnivore’s version of the breakfast spread, the Scandinavian equivalent to the belge’s crevettes grises.

  1. It’s the same way in Norway too, and Kaviar is more something kids eat on their sandwiches than a delicacy..:)
